Once the siding actually arrived and the roofer got consecutive days free to do the work, things happened quickly. Seeing that it is a pretty small building it isn't surprising to see most of the panels go up in two days.
As mentioned previously, we are using a 16" wide snap-loc panel. We settled on a factory painted finish, as our original choice of paint-grip proved too difficult and expensive to source. The grey colour is a close approximation of the overall colour we were going for with the paint-grip, though without the more nuanced under-tones and "spangle" associated with the paint-grip coating.
Once the last two panels are cut in and trimmed out around the window, all that will be left to do is to install the fascia metal arond the roof edge and the exterior of the building will be more or less complete and ready for the electrical drop, meter, and service to be installed on the back of the building.
